Questions guests often raise
Are pets welcome?+
Certain ground-floor suites and our Garden Villas welcome pets on request, with a one-off cleaning fee added to your stay. We provide a complimentary welcome kit for your dog (bed, bowls, treats), a walking service twice daily, and grooming on request. Cats may arrive in carriers but our suites do not include litter facilities — kindly tell us ahead of time.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Bookings can be cancelled at no charge up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days incur the first night; no-shows are billed for the full stay. Suites and villas reserved at our Best Available Rate may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We always suggest travel insurance.
Do you offer airport transfers?+
Yes. Private transfers in a chauffeured Mercedes or Rolls-Royce can be arranged when you reserve your stay, or up to two hours before arrival. For guests in a particular hurry, our helipad operates from 07:00 to 22:00, with a twelve-minute flight from the international airport. Both services can be charged to your suite.
Can you host private events?+
Yes. Our two ballrooms, eight private dining rooms, beach pavilion, and rotunda may be hired privately, with capacities from eight to four hundred guests. Weddings and milestone celebrations are a special pleasure of ours; our events director will prepare a proposal within forty-eight hours of a first enquiry.

A shoreline haven, 39 years in the making.
Founded in 1987 on a private stretch of Mediterranean shore, Solacesanctuary was conceived for guests who judge worth by how a place makes them feel, not by what it puts on show. We began with six rooms, a kitchen, and a small bar. Today we hold 100 keys, three restaurants and three private gaming salons, yet the original kitchen still serves dinner every night.
From the casino floors to the spa terraces, every space and every ritual is shaped by people who have devoted their lives to hospitality. Our head sommelier has been with us for many years. Continuity is not a slogan here; it is the whole idea.
We have earned a five-star rating from every guide that counts, but the praise we treasure most is the one we cannot hang on a wall: more than 65 percent of our reservations each year come from guests who have stayed with us before. That is the only figure we track.
